Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange only if the product you received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Not as described or shown on our website
All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product and must include the original invoice.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
As our products are shipped from abroad, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with color, texture, design, or size
- Personal preference issues
Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Conditions for Return Approval
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Free from any damage or flaws
- Includes original tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, freebies, and invoice
- Returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging
- If delivered in Eloal packaging, the same packaging must be used for return
- No tape, labels, or stickers should be attached directly to the original packaging
Eloal reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the above conditions are not met.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method.
Important Notice
- Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Products showing signs of use or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return
