Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange only if the product you received is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete
  • Not as described or shown on our website

All requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product and must include the original invoice.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

As our products are shipped from abroad, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with color, texture, design, or size
  • Personal preference issues

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.


Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Free from any damage or flaws
  • Includes original tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, freebies, and invoice
  • Returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging
  • If delivered in Eloal packaging, the same packaging must be used for return
  • No tape, labels, or stickers should be attached directly to the original packaging

Eloal reserves the right to reject any return or refund request if the above conditions are not met.


Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method.


Important Notice

  • Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
  • Products showing signs of use or customer-caused damage are not eligible for return
