How do I check the shipping status of my order?

You can easily track your order by clicking on the “Track Order” option available on our website.


What are your delivery charges?

We charge a flat delivery fee of BDT 110 for all orders across Bangladesh.


What is the delivery time?

  • In-hand items: 5–7 working days
  • Global Collection items: 10–15 working days

Are delivery times the same for all parts of the country?

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location. You can always check the latest status by using the Track Your Order option on our website.


How reliable is your delivery service?

We work with multiple trusted courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.


What if my order is lost or damaged?

We take full responsibility for your order. In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during delivery, you will receive a full refund after verification.


When will I receive my order?

Please note that orders may take up to 3 business days to process in our warehouse before shipping.

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days after processing
  • Global Collection: 10–15 business days

Is there a limit on how much I can order?

No, there is no limit on the quantity of products you can order.


How can I update my order?

Once an order has started processing, it cannot be modified. This includes changes to shipping details or product selection. Please review your order carefully before placing it.


How can I cancel my order?

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service immediately at +880 19 1297 8449.

If you have an account, you may also attempt cancellation from the “My Orders” section. However, as orders are processed quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Eloal ships within Bangladesh only.


What should I do if tracking shows my order as delivered, but I didn’t receive it?

Why is my order incomplete?

If an item was out of stock during order fulfillment, it may not be included in your shipment.

Any unavailable product will appear as BDT 0.00 on your final invoice, and you will not be charged for it.
